The Strengths Profile sheds light on what helps each member of your leadership team be in their natural creative “flow.” It makes them aware of the dynamics that energize them and the ones that deplete them. The tool can also show if they are actual strengths or learned behaviors that have the potential to exhaust them.
At the team level, the Strengths Profile creates a shared understanding of how each person approaches the work and how they can support each other to perform at their best.

The tool helps us look at the overall pattern of strengths within the team.
How do the strengths support the team’s goals? What are the unrealized strengths they possess but don’t use often? How could those bolster the leadership team’s performance?


What Strengths Profile can reveal about the team’s struggles:
The tool can give insights into the reasons behind the team’s repeated challenges. It can help us identify the possible overuse of certain strengths in situations where alternative strengths that are not being tapped into could serve the team better. We also look at the patterns that might draining, causing burnout and a decrease in productivity.
