ORLA CASTANIEN
Twenty years of leadership in finance, operations and strategy have shaped Orla’s thoughtful and pragmatic approach to helping executives achieve team alignment, resolve conflict and successfully lead through change and uncertainty.
She is a skilled facilitator with a unique way of holding the space for leaders to say what needs to be said, have the hard conversations and address the root cause of challenges head on so that teams can move forward with clarity, commitment and confidence.

Business Background
Orla received her accounting and consulting training at Deloitte and went on to hold leadership positions in finance, strategic planning and non-profits both in Ireland and the U.S. She served as Chief Financial Officer for Unicare Pharmacy Group, leading an organization from start-up to becoming Ireland’s first and largest national pharmacy chain. After moving to the U.S., Orla provided strategic consulting to US business leaders and Irish Enterprise agencies before dedicating herself to coaching leaders to bring their authentic best selves to their leadership.
Orla is an adoptive mom a keen advocate for and consultant to women entrepreneurs internationally and has served on boards and advisory councils to several non-profits in the US.

SUSAN SPRITZ MYERS
With over 25 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of a great array of leadership development tools, Susan is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has a unique ability to help leaders connect unspoken dots, utilize strengths, uncover blind spots, and manage weaknesses.
Her clients are able to strengthen their agility in leading, experiencing more impact and fulfilment while reducing the stress in their job. Plus, they report having great fun during the coaching process!
As a seasoned and well-respected Kolbe Master Certified Team Consultant, Susan guides individuals and teams to leverage their innate problem-solving talents, reduce exhaustion, and collaborate more effectively. She also uses Kolbe to help clients select and onboard team members, ensuring a good fit for their role and the team’s synergy.
Susan’s biggest coaching assets are her natural curiosity, keen emotional intelligence skills, and life-long commitment to learning. She is intrigued by the story of her clients’ organizations, the people behind them, and the relationship dynamics at play.
Business Background
Susan served as president of Stand-Buys, Ltd., where she led a small regional travel club through a transformation to become a fast-paced, entrepreneurial industry leader. In the corporate world, she held a role as Vice President of Account Management/Sales with CUC International, where she managed the Midwest client relationships. Both experiences gave Susan a first-hand perspective on the complexity of leadership and team development.
